Supporting Immigrant Entrepreneurs in Europe using the ACBBA Approach

posted 6 Jan 2011, 02:44 by
As part of our work in Europe, ACBBA attended the launch of the Best Form project in Porto on 14 & 15th December, initiative which will be implementing the ACBBA model in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Romania and Poland to improve business advice to immigrant entrepreneurs.

Project partners will be adapting the programme for business advisers developed by ACBBA, introducing local information and case studies to make the programme relevant to their countries. Partners aim to enhance entrepreneurial activity amongst immigrants, helping them overcome barriers and acquire business related knowledge and skills. Another aim is to improve the skills of business advisers to help them device strategies to engage hard-to-reach clients.

ACBBA is always looking for opportunities to collaborate with other European organisations working in programmes to foster social inclusion. Enquiries to Armando Pardo
